TON vs. Global Trends and National Enrollment

When the U.S. government (or any agency thereof) signs the entire country up for global trends that create or enforce enduring legal/practical hierarchies of superior/inferior status among citizens by sovereign fiat, it is TON-vulnerable.

The Titles of Nobility Clauses are absolute structural bans on government granting enduring legal superiority or inferiority to any class of persons. They do not allow the state to manufacture privileged “compliant” classes while punishing or disadvantaging “non-compliant” classes, even if the stated purpose is “global alignment,” “public health,” or “sustainable development.”

Why These Specific “Global Trends” Are TON-Vulnerable

Trend / PolicyWhat the Government Is DoingTON-Vulnerable?Why It Violates TON
Smoking hysteria (bans, taxes, insurance surcharges, medical denials, workplace exclusions)Enforces multi-layered penalties (taxes, bans, treatment denials, employment barriers) on smokers while privileging nonsmokers with lower costs, better access, and social approval.YesCreates enduring inferior class (smokers punished economically, medically, socially for life) and superior class (nonsmokers rewarded with privileges). Government enforces the hierarchy via law, regulation, and funding.
Sodium cuts / fraudulent replacements (FDA/USDA/UN/WHO targets, school-meal mandates, procurement bias, dual-track suppliers)Forces low-sodium defaults across public institutions (schools, hospitals, prisons) and pressures private supply chains, while salt-needing people face reduced access, higher costs, or health risk.YesCreates enduring inferior class (medically sodium-dependent individuals punished for needing what keeps them alive) and superior class (low-salt compliant get easier access, subsidized products). Government grant via mandate/pressure.
Smart cities (surveillance grids, digital ID, algorithmic governance, data-sharing mandates, “15-minute city” zoning)Signs cities/states up for interconnected surveillance, biometric tracking, carbon/social-credit-style scoring, mobility restrictions, all under global frameworks (UN SDG, WEF, C40, etc.).YesCreates enduring superior class (state + compliant “trusted” residents with full access) and inferior class (non-compliant, high-risk, or untracked individuals penalized in mobility, services, housing). Government grant via partnership, funding, regulation.

The Common Pattern (Why It’s TON)

Each case follows the same structure:

  • Government adopts a global trend or “best practice” (WHO salt targets, anti-tobacco framework, UN smart-city/SDG agenda).
  • It enforces that trend via law, regulation, funding conditions, procurement bias, or public-private partnership.
  • The enforcement creates enduring superior/inferior classes; compliant get privileges (access, subsidies, social approval), non-compliant get penalties (cost, exclusion, suspicion, health risk).
  • The hierarchy is government-granted; not natural or private.
  • The superiority/inferiority is enduring; not temporary, not easily revocable.

That is precisely what “no title of nobility shall be granted” forbids. The state does not get to sign the entire country up for global programs that manufacture privileged compliers and punished deviators.

TON-Compatible Alternative

  • No mandatory adoption of global trends that create hierarchies.
  • Voluntary guidelines only, no enforcement hammer.
  • Uniform rules: no privileged “sodium tiers” “nonsmoker,” or “smart-compliant” classes.
  • Individual choice: people decide salt intake, smoking, mobility, etc., without government creating castes around compliance.

KILL SWITCH.

The state does not get to sign the entire country up for global programs that create enduring privileged classes of “compliant” citizens while punishing the non-compliant with economic, social, medical, or mobility penalties.

That is not public health or sustainability. It is global nobility by treaty and regulation: lords who comply get the privileges, serfs who don’t get the boot. No lords enforcing global trends. No serfs punished for living outside the approved script.

No lords. No serfs. No exceptions. 🔥🗽
